Medicare is unconstitutional

"They want this world government. They're trying to impose UN laws that will outlaw ammunition. They're trying to impose World Health Organization standards that rank the United States as 37th in the world for health care delivery which is a meaningless statistic. As to feeling powerless, I refuse to feel powerless. If we can turn our legislatures around have a Republican majority then we can reject those that I call 'world mandates' from the UN and World Health Organization."
